Writing is a sedentary occupation, which isn't great for maintaining your health. Now I've hit the 60s mark, how do I keep up with Modeen? The answer is simple....
I ) I have a home gym, which I use at least ten to fifteen minutes a day.
2) I try to eat healthy - a balanced diet, leaning a little to the protein side with fewer carbs.
3) I go for a daily walk ... most days and jog when I feel like it.
4) No tatts, body piercings, I don't smoke or have notable bad habits, apart from the odd (and not so odd) glass of red.
